Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy is a gentle bodywork technique that balances the nervous system, releases muscle tension, improves structure and optimizes physiological function. The Bowen technique relaxes and realigns the body’s soft tissues through a unique form of muscle challenge and rolling action. It is best known for its ability to relieve chronic pain, but also treats a wide variety of health concerns including digestive problems and hormonal imbalances. Each treatment is one hour in length and visits are scheduled on a weekly basis.
