Become aware of your physical, mental and emotional relationships with food and drink in this unique healthy lifestyle and weight management program.

We recommend:

• One 60-minute naturopathic medical visit that includes a physical exam, lab tests and initial assessment related to your nutritional status. Patients must complete a comprehensive health history form and will be provided a “conscious nutrition” manual. We’ll review your health history and current symptoms and recommend changes to help you balance your lifestyle and diet.
• Five 30-minute naturopathic medical visits that include nutritional and behavioral counseling and recommendations for supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture and herbal medicines.
• Five 30-minute infrared sauna treatments (you will also have access to the rebounder, min-trampoline, before your sauna treatments)
• Five Vitamin B12 injections
• Three Bioimpedance tests to measure your body mass index, percentage body fat, cellular water levels and calculate your required calories. This test will be administered before, during and after you complete the program to monitor your progress.
