FirstLine Therapy^®

FirstLine Therapy^® is a therapeutic lifestyle program that can help you improve your health, achieve your health goals, and reduce your health risks. In this program, you'll learn simple things you can do every day to take control of your health-such as diet, exercise, stress management, and appropriate nutritional supplementation.

We recommend:

• One 2-hour initial nutritional consultation that includes a physical exam, and review of your diet diary and health assessment questionnaire to assess your nutritional status and establish your program goals. Clients must complete a comprehensive health history form and will be provided with the FirstLine Therapy^® Guidebook.
• Six 1-hour nutritional consultations that include nutrition and lifestyle counseling, menu planning and recommendations for supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture and herbal medicines.
• Five 30-minute infrared sauna treatments (you will also have access to the rebounder before your sauna treatments)
• Three Bioimpedance tests to measure your body mass index, percentage body fat, cellular water levels and calculate your required calories. This test will be administered before, during and after you complete the program to monitor your progress.
