Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves inserting very thin, sterile needles at specific points of the body to relieve pain, promote healing and restore the balanced flow of energy. Traditional Chinese Medicine has a 2000-year-old history of safe, effective use. We use your current symptom patterns as well as Chinese medical tongue and pulse diagnosis to recommend Chinese medical herbs and acupuncture.

Bowen Technique

Bowen Technique is a gentle form of body work that relaxes and realigns the body's soft tissues. It is best known for treating sports injuries, back, neck, shoulder, knee and hip pain, tennis elbow, migraines and more.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio taping gives support and stability to joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It also reduces pain and inflammation.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas provide a deeper penetration of heat at a lower temperature than traditional saunas. The heating panels on our sauna are made of carbon fiber to provide a large heating surface area and even heat distribution. Infrared saunas heat the body but keep the air temperature cooler (below 43ºC).Traditional and steam saunas are much hotter (65.5ºC to 93ºC), and therefore many people find the heat difficult to tolerate. However, sweating in infrared saunas begins more quickly at a lower, more tolerable temperature to achieve deeper body penetration and therefore increased detoxifying and healing benefits.

Repeated use of the sauna will eliminate toxins from your skin and your body. Mild to moderate exercise on a rebounder, mini-trampoline, is used to enhance the therapeutic effect. Please give us a call to ask about our sauna sessions and the various packages available.

Intravenous Therapy

Intravenous therapy (IV) involves delivering high doses of vitamins and minerals directly into the blood to provide rapid, effective relief of symptoms. It is commonly used for increasing energy and balancing the immune system. This therapy also has documented benefits for treatment of disease conditions like chronic fatigue, cancer, asthma, allergies and migraines. In addition, IV therapy can provide the necessary nutrients to reduce the side effects and improve the quality of life in persons undergoing conventional cancer treatments.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a non-invasive treatment option for cellulite, wrinkles, skin tightening, facial rejuvenation, localized fat accumulation, and pain (joint, neural, muscular skeletal and back pain). Mesotherapy involves the injection of small amounts of natural medications directly into the skin to aid healing.
