What to expect

We believe in the healing potential of all of our patients. The most successful naturopathic medical treatment requires a personal commitment to an overall healthy diet and lifestyle. Our role as naturopathic doctors is to guide you, encourage you and provide you with the necessary tools to achieve your optimal health.

Through a joint commitment between you and your naturopathic doctor, you can experience significant health benefits, including increased energy, decreased pain, improved mood and sleep, weight loss and enhanced general well-being.

Patient initiation (First visits):
The initial naturopathic medical visit for new patients requires a thorough health history, a complete physical exam and lab tests. Typically, two visits are needed to conduct patient initiation and provide recommendations for your health (a 60-minute first visit and a 30-minute second visit).

Follow-up visits:
30-minute treatments, depending on your health needs and the types of services required. More about services

Fees:
Contact us to discuss our special introductory fees for patient initiation, available for a limited time. Be aware that most extended health insurance plans do cover Naturopathic medical services. We are covered by Blue Cross, Great-West Life, Green Shield, London Life and many other insurance providers.

Cancellation policy:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
