What to expect

We believe in the healing potential of all of our patients. The most successful naturopathic medical treatment requires a personal commitment to an overall healthy diet and lifestyle. Our role as naturopathic doctors is to guide you, encourage you and provide you with the necessary tools to achieve your optimal health.

Your initial appointment includes a review of your current health concerns, a thorough health history, and a physical exam. Typically, two visits are needed to conduct patient intake and provide recommendations for your health (a 60-minute first visit and a 30 or 45 minute second visit). An individualized treatment plan will be developed which may include clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, or Chinese Medicine or the doctor may recommend a specialized service such as Bowen Therapy, IV Therapy, pain management, or cosmetic mesotherapy.

Follow-up visits:
Follow-up appointments monitor progress and provide specific treatments. These are usually 30 or 45 minute visits, depending on your health needs and the types of services required.

Fees:
Contact us to discuss our fees. Most extended health insurance plans cover Naturopathic medical services. We are covered by SunLife, Manulife, Great-West Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, London Life and many other insurance providers.

Cancellation policy:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
